As the UK's largest wooden case maker, we have decided to extend our product range and start making corrugated pallet boxes and containers.

We are now one of only a few select companies that can manufacture both the pallets - on a high speed pallet line - and the corrugated box, or container.
All pallet containers will be held in stock awaiting your call-off, whether your orrder is large or small.

Pallet containers are a simple and cheap pallet box. They consist of a 4 way entry wooden pallet, corrugated base tray, corrugated cardboard sleeve (which has creases in the ends to locate within the base tray when not in use), and a corrugated cap.

The two material thicknesses used are a mixture of conventional double walled corrugated cardboard. Both these boards are at the strong end of the standard corrugated grades.

We use these grades in order to give you the best value box we can for the cost, but we can also make them to different sizes and in different grades on request.

Order volumes and transport charges

A full pallet space on a lorry is ten units. Therefore to avoid extra transportation charges, it is best to buy pallet boxes in multiples of 10 units.

If you require a volume over 10, which is not a multiple of 10, this is not a problem however your order will attract a a surcharge of £20.00 in order to cover the extra transport cost and additional packaging requirements.

Orders placed in full pallet quantities attract no surcharge.

Sizes

There are four standard sizes of pallet container and their dimesions (once erected) are as follows:

Rather than stick with the bizzare sizes of the traditional pallet boxes, which were designed decades ago when the machines that made corrugated board produced in limited widths, we have now brought them up to date and used standard pallet footprints. This makes them a much better sized pack that will fit into your whole logistics system.

However, if you have a requirement for pallet boxes in traditional sizes please ask as we are still able to manafacture them for you.

Delivery or Collection

Units can be collected from our Wardle site, or can be delivered. Delivery costs are calculated in three bands:

1. Collected from Wardle, Near Nantwich

2. Delivered Locally to postcodes:

CW and ST

3. Delivered in Zone 1 to postcodes:

AL, B, BB, BD, BL, BS, CB, CH, CV, DE, DN, DY, GL, HD, HG, HP, HX, L, LS, LU, M, K, NG, NN, OL, OX, PR, S, SG, SK, SL, TF, WA, WD, WF, WN, WR, WS, WV.
